Pete’s early career focused on his passion for hospitality where he worked in a number of prestigious hotels both in his home county of Cambridgeshire and at exclusive Relais & Châteaux establishments in North America. Pete's passion and experience lead to him gaining a First Class Honours degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham. His degree at Birmingham included the study of international marketing, law, cross-cultural management and business strategy.
After graduating, he moved to London to take up the post of Marketing & Communications Assistant within the marketing and communications department of international luxury hotel group, Grace Hotels. In this role, Pete had responsibility for managing all social media and digital marketing channels for the group which included the implementation of new digital media channels to further enhance global brand awareness.
Prior to his appointment by made, Pete held the position of International Account Executive within MediaCom Worldwide, running online advertising operations for clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Disney and Sony. Here, Pete used his knowledge of international marketing to successfully develop and implement strategies for his clients across a range of international markets from Europe to the Americas.
Pete joined made in August 2016 as an Account Manager.
